~EVE Melamine Foam is a flexible thermoset polymer, with open cell foam made from melamine resin. It is a new soft thermosetting environmental material with *9% opening cell rate.Melamine resin impregnated foam exhibits a very high resistance to both heat and chemicals,with a high degree of sound absorption and good thermal insulation characteristics.
The foam is low in density making it suitable for applications with weight restrictions such as the aircraft and rail industries.
Melamine acoustic and thermal foam can be laminated, converted and fabricated to meet most requirements, making it a highly versatile foam.


Sound Absorption
EVE Melamine Foam Board’s open-cell surface guarantees that the sound energy is reduced in the cell structure, giving EVE Melamine Foam Board an excellent sound absorption capacity.


Chemical Resistance
Thanks to EVE Melamine Foam Board’s highly cross-linked structure, it is resistant to all organic solvents. When it comes to acids and alkalis, the resistance has to be checked in concrete application cases since the temperature, the exposure time and the concentration all have a great deal of influence on the resistance of the foam to these media.
 

Fireproofing
EVE Melamine Foam Board meets the most important international fire safety standards. Its long-term resistance to high temperatures and excellent fire characteristics are based on the melamine resin used.  EVE Melamine Foam Board is a thermoset, and thus, in the event of a fire, the material does not melt or produce burning droplets when it comes into contact with flames. The foam simply chars and produces a small amount of smoke, and there is no afterglow, making EVE Melamine Foam Board particularly suitable for applications with high fire safety requirements.


Installation
EVE melamine foam's flexibility and light weight make it very simple to install. It can be cut at any thickness and size and its self-adhesive backing is easily attached. If the surface is clean and dry, the foam will stick.
 

Environmental-Friendly
The main raw material melamine can be used to produce tableware, like plate and bowl. The usage of environmental foam could protect the environment and the health of human-being effectively.
