This equipment is designed for continuous extrusion of PE core board composited with upper and lower aluminum coils with high-polymer films, thermo compressed and cut into pieces of Aluminum composite panels with certain size.



Our   ACP  production  line can produce not only common ACP but also fireproof ACP. The daily capacity is about ***0~***0M2 for common speed line, double  capacity for high speed line  .Panel width is Max ***0mm for this production line. Width ***0mm panel production line is also available. Recycled PE is also suitable for all our lines.



We can also organize raw material such as all kinds of aluminum coil, PE protective film,  glue adhesive film, FR PE plastic with good quality and price from our ACP factory supplier. The raw material  factory is also stable and reliable because they supply it to our ACP factory more than *0 years.
