1.Acrylic Emulsion Polymerization Reaction:It is one kind of polymerization reaction.Under the action of emulsifiers,initiator,and mechanical agitation,it uses water as solvent,and disperse monomers in water into an emulsion.

2.Acrylate Emulsion is made through Emulsion Polymerization Reaction with Soft Monomer (for example,butyl acrylate (BA), isooctyl acrylate (*-EHA) ),Hard Monomer(for example,methyl methacrylate (MMA)) and functional monomers (for example,acrylic acid (AA)).

3.How to make acrylic emulsion?

    1).Premix about *0% raw materials in the stainless steel tank;
    2).Mix about *0% raw materials in the electricity heating reactor;
    3).Add raw materials into ***0L stainless steel reactor from the ***0L tank;
    4).Put additives into the ***0L stainless steel reactor;
    5).Discharging.
