SUBMERGED ARC WELDING FLUX Name of products: Agglomerated flux type LH-SJ**1 Execute standards: GB/T ********9 F4A*-H*8A ( Equivalent to AWS F7A*-EL8 / AWS F7A0 – EL*2 ) Description of flux : Agglomerated flux type LH-SJ **1 is a bonded neutral flux type Silicon and calcium with ball form granular of brown, about *0 – *0 mesh in size. It can be used on AC or DC power source and also can be used large current. Its unique features include stable arc, easy slag removal and smooth bead appearance. Application: In combination with H*8A , H*0Mn2 wires, this flux is suitable for the welding of structures, boilers, pipelines and etc. Typical Flux Composition Range: ( %) Typical Mechanical Properties Of : ( GB/T********9 F4A*-H*8A WELDING WIRE ) Guideline for usage 1.**- Dry the flux at **0 – **0 degree centigrade for 2 hours before use. 2. **-Completely remove Rust, Oil and Dirt from the groove surface prior to welding. NOTE: Agglomerated flux use a binding agent to hold materials together, are baked, and broken up. Agglomerated fluxes are easier to customize for an application, and can provide various alloying elements needed for welding.
