This kind of sintered fitlter element is also named Air Filter Fitting.It is mainly made from multilayer sintered wire mesh.And the standard materials are SUS**4(AISI**4),SUS**6(AISI**6) ,SUS**6L(AISI**6L). Besides,special Alloy Steel Hastelloy ,Monel ,Inconel are also acceptable baseed on customer's requirement .

Filter fitting is mainly used in obtaining the medicine prticles in dry air, to reduce medicine loss and air pollution. It is also used in filtering of fluid in other conditions.It is widely applied in pharmacy industry.And it is used to intercept the powder particle in the dry gas and reduce the loss of the powder and air pollution.In addition, because of the structure of the double tubes, it can increase the filter area in maximum.

The major filter media are multi-layer stainless steel sintered wire mesh, SUS**6l. Filter rating is 0.****0micron. Outside sizes can be customized .
