Air Intake Filter and Air Intake Silencer

1.    Product Information: Self-cleaning Air Intake Filter & Air Intake Silencer is used in the area of Intake Air for Engines used to produce Captive Power Production & Compressors for Industrial Process Air Requirements.

2.   Construction: The dust laden air enters the system and passes through Three Stages of Filtration System is cleaned and ready to feed Engine, Compressor.

·        First Stage: Weather louver with bird screen is capable of filtering heavy dust particles. This weather louver is MS fabricated & painted, will act as barrier for rain, birds, insects and other heavy particles of dust.

·        Second Stage:The Oil Bath Charge Air Filter having the air dust filter efficiency of *0% down to *0 microns. The curtain of oil is maintained on the automated rotating panels as barrier in the air dust stream, to catch the dust particles and wash continuously in the bottom oil reservoir.

·        Third Stage: Fine filters of Polypropylene media reinforced with HDPE mesh have an excellent air filter efficiency of *9% down to 5 microns.

·        Housing:  Three stages of filters are housed in MS painted enclosure which in turn will be connected to the plenum.

·        Silencer: The outlet of the plenum will be connected to the Intake Air Silencer capable of reducing the incoming air stream noise by *0 dB (A).
