Function**-alkaline protease is an enzyme preparation used to catalyze the animal and vegetable proteins. It has distinct detergent effect on proteinaceous dirt such as sweat stain, bloodstain, and milk stain, and the mixed dirt of fat and protein.It is widely used in leather depilation and silk degumming and hydrolysis of animal and vegetable proteins, such as the production of chondroitin sulfate by hydrolyzing the soft bone of animals, and used as additive for the industry of Synthetic detergent and cleaning agent.
