Hard work, and extensive education, keeping abreast with the ever changing technology and traveling overseas to industry conventions, are all factors which Cilia feels have contributed to her success as a Skin Specialist. She specialized in European facials, acne treatments, rejuvenation of uneven toned and aging skin, and non-surgical face lift for sagging muscles. Cilia was first in USA in Semi-permanent make-up application. She won first place in Europe in make-up application. In addition to her knowledge of the skin care, she has experience in nutrition.
