After acceptance by the environmental protection department and discharged sewage is according with GB, the factory is in operation.
The main product series are made from chicken, duck,beef,lamb,pork and rabbit, annual production capacity is 1,**0tons and mainly exported to Canada, USA, EU, Korea and so on.
The registration no. is ***0PF**7 and passed ISO****0, FSSC****0 and COSTCO super market audit. In ***5, got EU Registration and CFIA registrion. At that time, we are the earliest factory which can export both chicken and duck items to Canada.Now the QC is 4 and daily supervision is according with relevant laws and regulations strictly. The factrory established good internal quality management system and product traceability system to ensure the product quality.
The  factory has own lab, chemical analyst passed microbiological knowledge training organized by BCIQ and participate the regular proficiency testing to ensure the result veracity.According to the pet food safety monitoring plan, the chemical analyst test the microorganism of raw material, semi-finished product, finished product, food contact surface and plant air, then according with the result adjust monitoring frequency .
For the drug residual, nutrition analysis and other physical items testing, authorize PONY to test which has CNAS qualification.
Base on HACCP food safety management system and customers requirements and according with related practice experience and factory requirements, we conduct hazard analysis for the production procedure and confirm 3 CCPS.
