Bavi all welded plate and tube heat exchanger(BVG), its theory is that putting many sets of corrugated plate with plasma weld in the shell, replaces the heat exchanging tubes of the primary tube heat exchanger, so the heat exchanger becomes the set of corrugated plate heating transfer.

Bavi all welded plate and tube heat exchanger (BVG) is made of sheet bar and shell mainly.

BVG series heat exchanger makes the paired corrugated plate cold pressing by the plasma welding and the argon-arc welding, in order to constitute two runners of different mediums.

Fluid A flows in the sheet bar, fluid B flows between the shell and the sheet bar.

BVH,BVW series heat exchanger make the paired corrugated plate cold pressing by the electric resistance welding, plasma welding and the manual argon-arc welding, in order to constitute the sheet bar set with two runners passing different mediums.
