Garnet is a strong, hard and durable abrasive medium, making it a low dust and cost effective alternative to some other media. The particles are dense with sharp cutting edges, both of which assist in producing a very clean finish. Garnet can be used in place of silica sand, mineral slag and steel grit. Sinostone Garnet can guarantee product supply of high purity garnet with no silica or heavy metal content and, through a rigorous washing process, a level of chloride lower than the International Standard.
