Enzyme Immunoassay for the Quantitative Determination Of Alpha-Fetoprotein (AFP) in Human Serum
AFP Enzyme Immunoassay test kit is intended for the quantitative determination of AFP concentration in human serum.

Materials provided with the test kits:

• Antibody-coated microtiter plate with *6 well
• Zero buffer, *2 mL.
•  Reference standard set, contains 0, 5, *0, *0, **0 and **0 Ng/mL (WHO, *2/**5) AFP, in liquid form (ready to use) or lyophilized form.
• Enzyme Conjugate Reagent, *8 mL.
• TMB Substrate, *2mL
• Stop Solution, *2 mL.
• Wash Buffer Concentrate(*0X),*5mL

• Precision pipettes:  5~*0 µL,*0~**0µL and 1.0 mL.
• Disposable pipette tips.
• Distilled water.
• Vortex mixer or equivalent.
• Absorbent paper or paper towel.
• Graph paper. Microtiter plate reader.
