Aluminum Extrusion Press is a
four-column horizontal structure hydraulic press, which is
specialized in producing aluminum building profiles and aluminum
industry profiles

part and materials
*Brightstar extrusion press takes a
new cast steelwork frame and it will be painted green after the
assembly to make the equipment appearance look nice.
With mechanical feeding hand, sliding mold base, and cutting
tools with the device that holds down the rest. The extrusion bar
and extrusion handle separate each other.
*The main electrical machinery
takes 2 sets of *5kw electrical machinery, coming from Guangzhou
electrical machinery factory. The main oil pump takes 1 set **0 L
column electric regulating pump, coming from Kweiyang. The
assistant oil pump takes 2 sets of **0 lamina pumps, and 1 set of
**5 lamina pump, coming from Guangdong hydraulic parts
factory.
*Oil circuit control adopts an
optimized design, the main oil cylinder takes use of Logic
Valves, which makes the performance and pressure of the main
cylinder more stable. The hydraulic oil adopts a plate heat
exchanger for circulating cooling
*All hydraulic components come from
Jeou Gang Hydraulic Industrial Co., Ltd of Taiwan.
