The Company processes of smelting facilities and die casting equipment are of world class, which is closely linked industry chain, while its die design centre for the development of special industrial aluminium extrusion products is the largest of its kind in Asia.

 

China Zhongwang is principally engaged in the production of high precision, large-section and high value-added industrial aluminium extrusion products which are widely used in transportation, machinery equipment and electric power engineering sectors.  Its product applications encompass railway passenger compartments and cargo carriages, metropolitan subway and light rail, automobiles, heavy trucks, vessels, aviation, aerospace and many others. It has been accredited by the Ministry of Railway as a designated supplier of passenger and cargo carriages.  The Group’s core competitiveness lies in our integrated production base which combines smelting and casting, die and research and development capability under the same roof. The Company’s core competency has also gained worldwide recognition with numerous certifications and accreditations.  Thanks to these competitive advantages, the Company has developed a solid base of over 1,**0 customers in major markets all over the world.

 

8th May ***9 marked a major milestone in the Company’s corporate development when shares of China Zhongwang had its debut trading on the main board of the Stock Exchanges of Hong Kong Limited under the stock code ***3. Raising close to HK$*0 billion, it was then the largest IPO since the financial crisis in ***8 and had attracted the attention of financial communities worldwide.

 

Thanks to the solid capital and market advantages, the group continues to expend its production capacity in the field of industry aluminum extrusion. With installing eighteen large tonnage production lines during the current year and the following year, each with a pressing power at or above *5MN, including three **5MN oil-driven dual action aluminum extrusion presses, the overall capacity will be expended to 1 million tones. Meanwhile, in order to further play Zhongwang’s industry advantages, the group plans to complete in several stages the construction of an aluminum flat rolled product manufacturing base with an annual production capacity of 3 million tones, and the overall capacity will be implemented in the year of ***8.
