1. Furnace door of the equipment is considerably wide and large so that special aluminum materials, such as aluminum ingots with big size and returned sheet metal, can be fed to the furnace.
2. The furnace exhibits remarkable energy-saving effect and can save over *5% energy than traditional melting furnaces.
3. Under the condition of high temperature and low oxygen concentration, the fuel burns in a pervasive way with no obvious flame. Thus, local high temperature area is avoided and furnace temperature is well-distributed.  
4. Well-distributed furnace temperature reduce the volatilization and oxidation of molten aluminum caused by local high temperature and oxygen enriched environment.
5. Operational life span of furnace refractory materials can be efficiently prolonged.
6. The furnace can reduce the emission of CO2 and the generation of NOx.
