Sunfar radiators use national standard LD*1(***3) aluminum alloy, it’s density is  2.7%, which is much  better than the die-casting alumnium whose density is 2.2%., moreover,  more advantages used in production which enhance our quality largely.

Purchase guide

Misconception 1: copper radiator will never get corroded

Generally, copper is more corrosion resistant than steel, but it does not corrode under certain conditions, for example, when there are silt or too much sulfur, or when there is a carbonization zone on the copper surface.

Misconception 2: thick walls solve the corrosion problem

Misconception 3: Aluminum radiators never corrodes

No matter cast aluminum radiators, or die-casting aluminum radiators or new design aluminum radiators, there is possibility of leakage, different material corrodes because of different reason. Aluminum is good at oxidization resistance but bad at caustic and cholridion resistance. So the aluminum radiators are not safe when the water is alkali(PH HIGHER THAN 7), or rich in chlordion(rich salt).

Tips for radiator purchase

1/ Choose the reliable manufacturers with high customer satisfaction and good after sale service

2/ Safety is the most important, there are many factors influence safety, among which the working pressure is the most important. Most radiators have a working pressure of *0BAR, 1 bar equals *0m water column pressure, so *0bar equals to **0m water column pressure. To most customers/users, *0bar or above is reasonable

3/ Make sure the inlet/outlet temperature, required room temperature, room heat load, height and width of window, heating system(single pipe or double pipe)

4/ Column radiator is suitable for small rooms, such as toilet, because this type can be hooked on the walls to save space, moreover, the bars can be used to hang towel or small clothes too.

5/ The heating capacity is determined by the speed of water flow in the radiator. Only when the water flow speed is high enough, we can get adequate heat,so it is not that connect the size of inlet and outlet with heating capacity.
