Material: Japan SKS*1 steel plate, Ceratizit carbide tips, tri-metals soldering flakes.

Brazing: By Germany automatic induction brazing machines to eliminate inherent problem.

Tension: The pressure ring disperses the stress throughout the aluminum saw blade and eliminates distortion and warping.

Dynamic balancing and straightness: These process diminish saw blade run out and vibration and enhance the precision.

Quality control: Each saw blade is checked by many checking procedures to insure the quality.
