A variety of aluminum silicate fiber plate is produced by taking silicate fiber cotton as raw materials through vacuum filter process, or drying method.
Each aluminum silicate fiber plate got advantages of corresponding raw ceramic fiber, also has excellent performance of  hard texture, excellent toughness and strength, excellent fire resistance, thermal insulation properties, not expansion after heating, light weight, convenient construction, and can be cut and bent according to material saving purpose of furnace, piping and other insulation equips requirements.

Excellent chemical stability, good thermo stability and good thermal shock resistance.
Excellent flexibility as ceramic fiber module is in preloading condition. After furnace lining masonry, the expanding of the mold make the lining without aperture and making up the shrinking of ceramic fiber kiln lining that improving the thermal insulation of fiber lining, the whole performance is good.
The quickly installing of ceramic fiber mold and the anchor install on a grim wall lining that reducing the material requirement of anchor.
Thermal insulation and construction can be arranged according to different customer.
