分析舱采用全钢结构，分析仪和控制单元装配在舱内，样品预处理系统、载气、标准气和驱动气安装在舱外。取样探头和前处理箱安装在工艺管道附近。客舱内配有防爆空调、防爆照明和加热设备，可调节室内温度。管道供电系统设置，配备防爆配电箱、防爆接线盒等。照明系统采用防爆荧光灯。分析舱还配有通风、通风、过滤装置，可定期通风，保持室内空气清新。机舱配备了一个报警联锁盘，其中包含一个气体传感器和控制器，以及一个声音和视觉警报灯。当有易燃/有毒气体泄漏时，声光报警灯会发出报警。防爆分析舱：
