DZLP series feed pellet mill is a pellet feed processing equipment designed for rural farmer,small farms and small and medium-sized farrms. It is able to process grass, straw and organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer pellets.
The main performance characteristics:
1.Simple structure,well-adapted,occupied area small,low noise.
2.Powder feed, grass without liquid (or little liquid ) can be added to granulating. The water content of grain feed equal before the water content of materials, so it is easy to storage.
3.The pellets that the machine produced with high hardness,smooth surface and internal curing degree more fully improved nutrients absorbing and can kill general pathogenic microorganism and parasite.It is widely used to feed rabbit, fish, duck and experimental animals.It is higher economical benefit than mixture powder feed.
4.WithΦ**8 mm diameter mould,the type machine produced the diffierent kinds of pellets and achieve the best effect.
5. Using central pressure regulating structure, adapting to different materials, ensure the suppression effect. The sawdust, corn straw takes a lot of pressure. Roller parts is the center of the whole equipment parts, adopting high quality alloy steel and improving the service life.
Range of use:
It is mainly used to produce crude fibre pellets, such as: sawdust, rice husk, cotton stalk, cotton seed hull, weeds and other crops straw, living garbage, factory waste,difficult to molding material granulating, bio-bacterial manure, organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer granulation in low temperature.
