Annular orifice plate is offered by the American Howell in the *0’s,and it has some remodel experiments by the British NEL in the *0’s,its structure is one circular plate which is with pipeline use the same coaxial,circular plate by bracket support,the upsteam and downsteam of circular plate have taking pressure hole.
