Hot dip galvanized steel plate DX*1D,also named as hot dip galvanized steel sheet DX*1D+Z and hot dip zinc coated steel plate and coil DX*1D+ZF.Under EN ****2 steel standard , there are DX*1D+Z,DX*1D+ZF which is for bending and profiling quality,DX*2D+Z,DX*2+ZF which is for drawing quality,DX*3+Z,DX*3+ZF which is for deep drawing quality,DX*4D+Z,DX*4D+ZF which is for special deep drawing quality,DX*6D+Z,DX*6D+ZF which is for extra deep drawing quality.
When ordering us Galvanized steel plate and coils DX*1D+Z and DX*1D+ZF,our customer shall inform us the following requirements for steel DX*1D+Z and DX*1D+ZF:I.The nominal dimensions and tolerances on dimensions and shape. II. Steel name or steel number and symbol for the type of hot dip galvanized steel plate or coil.III. Number designating the nominal mass of Zinc coating.III. Letter denoting the coating finish (N,M,R).IV. Letter denoting the surface quality(A,B,C).V. Letter denoting the surface treatment(C,O,CO,S,P,U)
