For the bulletproof glass manufacturing flat and bent polished blanks are used. With the purpose to increase its strength, glasses are paste together in the fixed combination. Between glasses, as the fastening material, the butyral resin film is used. After it, on the internal glass surface, the additional layer is paste. This layer protects from the second glass pieces damage that gives in the result not only very solid glass, but also non-splintering.
