There are many ways to build an artificial hedge. The best way depends on your specific situation. If you have a chain link fence that currently divides your property from your neighbors, I would suggest you purchase some artificial boxwood mat made on *2" x *2" square plastic grids. These plastic boxwood grids can be sectioned together and attached to your fence, ultimately providing a privacy screen as well as a beautiful green wall.
If you don't have a fence between you and the junk, I would suggest you go to your local hardware store and purchase some exterior rated plywood.
