We have being researching and manufacturing of asphalt plant with more than *0 years’ experience in China, after years’ hard working and innovation, we have developed 6 model of batch mix asphalt plant from capacity of *0t/h to **0t/h. Batch asphalt mixing plant consists of cold feeding system, drying system, mixing tower (which including hot stone elevating unit, screening unit, hot bin, weighing unit, mixing unit), bitumen storage and heating system, pneumatic system, auto-control system, dust &filler storage and supplying system, dust collecting system and finished product storage system. The general characteristic of our asphalt plant can be concluded as follows;  Stationary and containerized design for each component which can be easy for transferring, transportation as well as erection  High accuracy for feeding, screening, weighing and mixing with high production rate  Fully automatically control system which can make each operator to know how to run it at the earliest time  Most key components we only choose from the top brand parts
