Assembly / Inspection Packaging

Dear Client:

To protect your intellectual property, our third party assembly and inspection center will help you to do the final assembly, inspection and packaging. After first two stages: suppliers sourcing and supply chain management/Po management, all the material of the BOM can be delivery to our assembly center, where we will perform assembly and final packaging of all material, we will do the IQC, IPQC and FQC, assembly, custom packaging and freight consolidation. Information is kept confidential and products are looked after in a professional manner, no China suppliers know the final product looks like when shipping. Inventory report can be updated daily via system.

Pricing:

Projects cost are broken down as follows:

I) Assembly and Inspection:
We charge a transparent per unit fee to perform inspection/assembly this fee is base on labor and management needed to inspect and assemble your given product. Because the labor and material costs of final assembly/inspection/packaging are roughly the same if performed by CSF vs. handled by a Chinese sub supplier, there are no major additional costs to client for engaging CSF, but the QC and IP protection benefits to the client are significant.

II) Cost of BOM (Bill of Material) such as Raw Materials, Components, Packaging Materials, s to be assembled and inspected by CSF, we are providing open book accounting policy for those, for every single line item in the BOM, the sub-suppliers identity and pricing points are pre-approved by the client in advance.CSF only source of revenue is the per-unit assembly/inspection fee. There are no hidden mark ups to the BOM and we do not accept commissions or payments of any kind from sub-suppliers. If the client has existing suppliers for the BOM, we are happy to work with their vendors. If the customer does not have existing China supply chain in place then we can assist in finding qualified sub-suppliers. III) Some direct project cost: some dedicated tools for your project, pay for shipping cost etc those direct project cost will be open and billed to client also.
