1.  Assured uniform aeration for every EHGC by Automatic online aerationproviding standard quality product of EHGC without any process variation. Capsules quality variability due to uneven areation is reduced to a great extent. The problems like out of roundness, ovality, brittleness will be totally eliminated.

2.  Capsules from the auto plant are directly transferred to any other hall / sorting area by the unit horizontally or vertically (TO ANY FLOOR ) i.e. hands free transfer to targeted area including aeration of the same.

3.  You can occupy your existing ground floor area as a exclusively for manufacturing and expand to top floors for other activities easily.

4.  Totally eliminates the manual handling of capsules at manufacturing area.

5.  Main auto plant operators gets more and adequate time to focus on their prime duty of machine setting and trouble shooting as they has nothing to do else. Also no of operators per plant can be reduced.

6.  EHGC manufacturing hall will be totally free from still drum, aeration stands , trolleys and ready capsules waiting for transfer to other hall.

7.  Since the transfer of the capsules from one hall to another is by pneumatic, no additional workforce is required for this.
