These Autoclaved Aerated lightweight Concrete AAC Block Plant are made from grit, slag, fly ash, gangue, coal refuse, calcium lime, cement, or other materials through different technical processes,depending on specific conditions. With high addition industrial waste being utilizes, aerated concrete products are developed in line with national industrial policy. As an alternative of clay bricks, aerated concrete products play a significant role in protecting farmland and making waste profitable.

The autoclaved aerated lightweight concrete products are made of siliceous materials and calcareous materials which are mixed with foaming agent and water.The chemical reaction thus caused generate pores,and the porous silicate concrete is then formed through a series of technical processes like moulding by casting, precutting, and steam curing, etc.

Raw materials for the autoclaved lightweight concrete(ALC)

Fly ash(sand or similar siliceous wastes),lime,gypsum,cement,water and powdered aluminum.
