1.Workingprincipleï¼›
KPDZ series ladle transfer car is powered by low voltage. The AC
**0V power is transformed into AC *6V safe voltage, which is
conducted into two rails. The power is leaded to the commutator
through power induction device which is installed on the cart. The
DC motor and gear reducer are controlled by DC electrical system to
drive wheels and make the cart start, stop, go forward and
backward, speed up and slow down and so on.
The ladle bracket is installed on the cart so that the ladle can be
put flexibly through crane. The small ladle can be put directly on
the surface of
cart.
2.Mainparts:
Cart frame, DC motor; gear reducer, wheels, DC electrical appliance
box, step-down transformer, the ground control cabinet the
rectification system, the heat insulating material, remote
controller, alarm
light.
3.Advantages:
1.Avoid the
high-temperature ladle damaging the transfer car parts.
2.The carts can start and brake stably during the transportation so
as to prevent the liquid spilling out of the ladle.
3. As the Ladle transfer cart is used in the special environment
, and has high safety factor, so any damage of ladle car
parts will not affect the car’s normal transportation.
