Film releasing part: This part is composed of (the right side is the bottom film and the left side is the covering film) 2 sets of pneumatic core shaft partly in the left and right (one set in the right and left starts to work firstly. When the first volume of film is about to use up , the second set of film continues), in addition to static bodies, rectifying system, pressure sensor.
Film heating part: the left bottom film is heated to ****0 degrees, which makes the film more easily to be stretched in the mold.
Film water applying part: As the film is water-soluble, the water is evenly smeared on the film to play the role of adhesion. So the bottom film and the covering film are firmly bonded. 
Filling part: is made up by Filling pump and Filling head which is produced by our own company.
Main die part: divide the circle of a cylinder into *6 equal parts in length and *0 equal parts in width. And the diameter of the cylinder is **0mm and the width is **0mm.Then we Process **0 laundry liquid pod model, and fit *6 vacuum solenoid valve.
Squeeze film part: and film is covered on the main mould which already has the bottom film to stretch and pass the filling pump. The part is to make the covering and bottom film bonded firmly, and the liquid not leaked on the main mould which is injected into liquid.
Cutting film part: the forming die cutting roller is used to roll cut.
