BTDS filter can be applied for sorts of water supply systems, esp. for the non-stopping system. It can strain off all kinds of mechanical admixture in the water system to make sure the machine can operate smoothly. According to the outlet and inlet water pressure difference to check the operation situation,  it can achieve the functions of self-checking, auto-washing and auto-drain.
Principle
It consists of shell, filter drum, washing device, controller, washing motor, and electronic ball valve. The inside structure is include of bristle brush or Ss brush, Ss sieve and transmission parts. The transmission motor and electronic valve are used to washing and drainage. It is auto operation (also can be handle operation), of the double functions of difference pressure and auto drainage at fixed time. The automation part is adopt touch screen, so the working situation is clear, when testing the machine we can change the specification to meet requirement.
When water flow through the filter, the impurities in water is intercepted by the filter sieve. When the gathered impurities on the sieve is increased, differential pressure is up to 0.*4mMPa, the differential pressure swith and controller will signal, the motor will start-up, blow-off valve is open, impurities deposited on the sieve is brushed and then discharged from the drain outlet. The whole processing needs no person and non-stopping. Meanwhile, this equipment can wash and discharge timing or by hand.
