Working Principle 
PLB**6B is a packaging machine for counting tablets/capsules in pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics industries, pour the medicine grains into the hopper on the top of the packaging machine, and then properly adjust the first grade, middle grade and the last grade vibratory feeder of packaging machine, to make the grain pile in the hopper change to a straight strap line and fall into the blanking mouth. And then fall into the detection channel by grain, adopts the principal of photoelectric effect; When the tablets drop through the infrared dynamic scanning sensor, will occur a work signal, and then this signal into the high-speed microprocessor (MCU), through the coordination between electron and machinery to achieve the counting function. The grains in each 4 rails (4 groups) fall into the same blanking mouth, the 2 vibratory feeding mouths separately feed the setting quantity grains into the bottles in the same time.
