Description

The beef cattle feed intake measurement column system includes electronic scale, feeding trough, gate, electronic ear tag reader, industrial touch screen computer, weight data electronic ear tag information collection statistical management software. It can intelligently identify the electronic identity of cattle (electronic ear tags), and automatically detect the feeding time of cattle and the amount of feed intake in a single time.

The system can identify and control the feeding time of each animal, weigh and record the feed intake of roughage and concentrate feed with great accuracy. A cow can eat 4 types of feed at the same time, and the feed intake is weighed and recorded. After years of research and practice with neck clamps, troughs, electronic control and control software, this system ensures that the feed does not overflow and is cleanly ed. Each cow can be fed a different trough, or each cow can be fed a fixed trough.

Workflow:

Under normal conditions:

The ox neck flail opens→ the head of the cow enters the feeding → identifies the electronic ear tag of the cattle→ records the weight of the feeding trough→ the cow neck flail is closed→ feeding time reaches the set time→ the cow neck flail opens.
 

The bull number is bound to the electronic ear tag file and imported
