Automatic Optical Brinell Hardness Testers has a sturdy, C-type load frame & has been designed for production testing of cast or forged components like leaf springs, cam shafts, etc. for Brinell hardness value. This instrument is suitable for foundries, engineering industry on production line.

Specification:-

• Since most of the operations are rapid and automatic, the test speed is high with less operator fatigue.
• The cycle time (except for loading/ unloading) is about *2 seconds per test.
• Load stages **0 kgf and ***0 kgf.
• Optical measuring instrument with *4 x magnification.
• Job of loading/ unloading, push operation, pushing cycle start, de-clamp s are only for manual operations & rest all is automatic.
• A push is pressed for start cycle & hydraulic operations. After cycle time, impression is visible on screen, whose (Diameter) is to be measured with the help of microscope of least count 0.*1mm.
• Computerized model is also available. Computerized model has built in CCD and suitable advanced software. Hardness will be exhibited on computer monitor automatically. For results printout can be taken.
