Main description:

The automatic pillow filling machine QL**1 is mainly used to fill pillow ,cushion and sofa etc.with conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber that shorteer than **0mm,virgin or recycle,micro or normal fiber.

It is assembled with automatic bale opener, fiber opener and two operations table slots.

Automatic control system that the whole machine is controlled by PLC control system and can be handled by only 1 operator with simple operation.

Weighing system and the tolerance can be about *5g /pcs.

High capacity ;usually one pillow can be finished in 6s requires continuous working by the filling operator.

High opening rate by Vwire for the rollers. so that the material can be opened for more than *8% withouth hurt the silicon.

Frequency conversion blower ensures the finished production flat and even.

The roller is producted by V-wire that is long life and less maintenance.
