Assembly of hinges can be done using semi-automatic machines. The procedure of assembly is easy and fast. The entire process of assembly is based on auto-feed equipment and is done in three stages: tapping, inserting of rods/bearing and riveting.
The operating costs are much lower than manual process and therefore, the profitability is much higher.
Semi-automatic process:Production of hinges can also be done using step-wise automation. Each process can be automatized. Semi-automation is faster than manual process.
