Teaching Items:

Principle and inspection of electronic control ignition, principle and inspection of electronic control fuel injection,working principle of air flow meter, fault diagnosis of data stream reading of electronic control engine.
(2)Teaching of car body and comfort system:
Power window and power rear vision mirror(original part structure, working principle,fault setting and inspection)
Central door locking (original part structure, working principle, fault setting and inspection)
Windscreen wiper system (original part structure, working principle, fault setting and inspection)
Air conditioning control system (original part structure, working principle, fault setting and inspection)
(3)Teaching of anti-theft system:
Control unit matching of anti-theft system, anti-theft key matching, structure and working principle of anti-theft system, fault demonstration of anti-theft system and the fault clearing and inspection of anti-theft system.
(4)Lighting and signal system: working principle, structural composition, operation, original part inspection and fault simulation. (5)The panel is equipped with whole car electrical appliance diagram of automobile which can be used for reference during teaching.
1. Functions of Experiment Items:

2. Demonstration Functions:
Demonstration function for structure and position of original part: Arrange the components of electrical system components according to the basic configuration sequence and mark the name on different components to fully demonstrate the structure, installation position and working principle of a single original part.
Demonstration function for dynamic operation: Equip with related supporting control devices on the basis of the whole car electronic appliances and it can demonstrate as the original automobile on the working principle and operation procedure of the set of whole vehicle electrical appliances, including start, charging system, lighting, meters, windscreen wiper, central door locking, motor-driven window and sound system; and it can full demonstrate the speed change of engine, the speed cut and fuel cut function and rotate speed that same as real car, meanwhile it can dynamically demonstrate the working condition of ignition system fuel injection system and other components so as to make trainees easily understand the structure and working principle of engine electronic control system of Passat B5 and the working principle of car body electrical appliances.
