Each rosette comes with backing card and safety pin. * OEM to clients design welcome. * Many ribbon types and colours available with specific colours dyed to customers requirements. * Variations in size and number of tiers possible. * Pleats sewn not glued for high quality finish. * Box and Elizabethan pleats also available.
