AYJ-JJ200 Vacuum gel filling machine suitable for different heights (60mm 75mm 100mm), and sizes (12mm 13mm 16mm) tube to vacuum and filling gel. For different height and sizes tube to vacuum and filling gel, only need matched tube frame. The machine also can vacuum and filling for various viscosity similar gels.

This system consists of color touch human-machine interface operation, PLC program control and pneumatic structure. The machine uses sophisticated vacuum induction, pneumatic and electrical control technology filling gel on 200 PCS tubes at the same time. The volumes of filling gel accord the needs to setting as 0.6g, 0.8g, 1g, 1.5g etc. Filling gel volume precision is± 5%. Applicable to filling the serum separation gel which viscosity are 100000–500000,and filling gel evenly and easy control, with no gel sticky on the tube wall. One-time the hopper can install 50 kg gel, suitable for mass production of serum separation gel blood collecting tube.
