 Bag dust collector is a kind of dust filtering device. It applies to capture small, dry and non-fibrous dust. Filter bag is made by textile filter cloth or non-textile mat.As the dirty enters into the bag , large particles and major dust fall into the hopper because of the effect of gravity and the small dust is blocked when getting through the filter material. Therefore,the gas is completely purified.
Working principle： 
  Impulse type dust collector is composed by the upper box,middle box, ash hopper, filter bag components, injection device, lift valve, discharge valve, the pulse valve and the testing and control system,etc. It adopts inlet chamber structure. When working, the dirty gas enters into each unit of ash hopper from the air inlet.Then ,large dust particles directly fall into the hopper because of inertia collision, natural sedimentation effect. And the remaining dust enters into the filtering area in the middle box with airflow effect. The dust attached to the external surface of the filter bag while the clean gas after filtration discharges through the upper box, lift valve and the exhaust duct ,the collected dust conveys into the buffer bin by the discharging device.
