a)    Manual decoiler: it is composed of main shaft, arch leaves, sliding base, side panel, bearing, bearing base and etc. Expansion range: Φ**0mm～Φ**0mm×**0mm, Loading weight: 0.6ton

b)    Main frame:  made of welded channel steel (8#); covered steel plate; supporting panel is made of *0mm thick steel plate, handled through closed planer for flatness, cleanness. 

c)    Side panels: *0mm thick steel plate, four sides grinded and polished for smooth and easy adjustment

d)    Forming rollers: Material: Cr*2（HRC*9ºï½ž*1ºï¼‰, *2groups; straightening rollers, 3 groups; all precise grinded for better axiality and better finish. 

e)    Main shaft: made of *0Cr, precise grinded,

f)    Transmission and electrical parts: AC motor with inverter, hard teeth surface reducer, gearbox transmission. All groups of forming rollers drive joint by gears, adopts chain gear transmission, motor lies on bottom of main frame. With cooling oil.
