Its main configuration is for low maintenance rate, low noise purpose. Hard-tooth gear reducer is for guarantee the large transmission torque, safe and power saving.Mixing chamber design and material:

M-W type pressurization is applied and heating/cooling devices are provided. The intermediate tank is molded with imported Cr/Mn/Mo alloy steel and the surface has been abrasion resistance treated and coated with chromium, the side wall is made of *5# carbon steel plate,  and coated with chromium in thickness of 0.*2~0.*8 mm with hardness of HV **0~1,**0. 

Temperature Control: Automated and manual temperature control is both available. 

Automated temperature control system achieves accurate control and easy operation by working with the timing system. To raise or lower down temperature, set the proper operating temperature and fulfill quick transition to ensure optimized dispersion of material and operating efficiency. 

Sealing ring: side end of shaft is pressed against the shaft seal, with contact surface subjected to abrasion resistance treatment. Four sides of the pressing cover are tightened in plate pattern. Quick-release system is applied for convenience of user's replacement.
