System descriptions

 This system is extension of the System ONE, adding side ironing unit. It functions to perform second sealing and ironing of the plane ends of both sides of packed paper rolls so as to keep the packing film completely tight to paper rolls. The single package looks clean and space is saved when such packages are packed into one big package.

In the process of side ironing, three relatively independent mechanisms to make the package in three steps:

1. Forking: driven by independent variable-frequency motor. It levelly moves the finished package from the direction of packing machine to movement vertical to the packing machine, so that both ends of paper rolls needed to seal and iron are changed to the both sides in moving direction from continuous packages.
2. Edge guide: performed by coactions of two independent mechanisms Two scissor-like take-in tunnels are respectively located on both sides of paper rolls after direction turned. After packed, surplus sealer of paper rolls is left. When going into take-in tunnel the surplus film will slowly take in on the center position of the packing machine in the direction of tunnel. One section of conveying mechanism is available above paper rolls same as below. The movement direction is opposite to the below conveying direction. The paper rolls are clamped in the middle of upper and lower conveying mechanisms after paper rolls go into the sections, then it makes the paper rolls in this section move in conveying direction but also turn itself according to different conveying speed of two sections. The coactions of edge take-in and self-turning makes the paper rolls twisted as done by hand. The surplus film is located in the center point of both sides.
3. Ironing and sealing: this section is for ironing and sealing both sides.

·The Sanitary Paper Polls Automatic Arranging and Packing Line is designed for packing paper rolls. It functions to automatically paper rolls cutting, distributing, packing and side ironing. It can prevent the paper rolls from second Polluting due to manual operation in packing process.

1. One single and double tunnels are available . The machine type is different based on different paper roll sizes.
2. Three different size fixed bag formers are available to keep finished package tight and clean to meet the packing requirements of most paper roll sizes popular in market.

SS***3 Arranging and conveying unit

1. Driven by variable-frequency motor or general motor, it functions to connect production line and packing line and store some products, and make complete production smooth and reduce the ON-OFF times of packing machine to the maximum.
2. Designed based on the installation layout in the worksite. Some special requirements of customers can also be met .

ZB***1 Sanitary Paper Rolls packing machine

1. Controlled by double inverters, stepless speed regulation, wide adjusting range, easy operation, easy parameters setting and changing.
2. Three different size fixed bag formers are available to keep finished package tight and clean to meet the packing requirements of most paper roll sizes popular in market.
3. The infeed conveyor is consisted of double inverters and one servo driver to keep accurate product feeding without empty package.
