Introduction

TD**-type general fixed belt conveyor is a kind of transportation equipment that has big throughput, low operating cost, widespread applications. It is applicable to transport capacity of 0.**2.5 t / m3 of lump（block）, powder and other bulk materials. This type of conveyor is popular in chemistry, mining, coal, metallurgy, building materials, light and grain industry to transfer bulk materials. In accordance with the requirements of transportation, it can be used alone, or combined with other conveyors to build a conveyor system.

Working principle
TD**5 general fixed belt conveyor is composed of conveyor belt, roller, belt tensioning device, cleaning device and so on. When the materials fall down on the conveyor, the roller under the belt will drive the belt forward. In this way, the material will be sent to the feeding device. By the way, it can be used alone, or combined with other conveyors to build a conveyor system.

Applied field
TD-type general fixed belt conveyor is widely used in freight yard, warehouse, mining, gravel field, metallurgy, building materials, chemical , mineral processing, sand, cement, coal mining and other industries to transport bulk materials  . It is applicable to transport capacity of 0.**2.5 t / m3 of lump. Belt conveyor is used for conveying bulk whose density is less than 1.*7  t / cubic meter.
