Zinc coating varies from 30gms/sq.mtr to 290gms/sq.mtr as per IS: 280 -2006 As B.S. or as per buyer's requirements. Zinc coating is done through hot dip galvanizing process.

During the production process, we use lead annealing instead of oil fired furnace.
