It is a cooperative movement that entails creative ideas based schemes and activities. And in that process it aims at establishing a socio-economic system free from exploitation of the money lenders, interest taking persons and middlemen through conducting activities in cooperative method from level of marginal producer up to consumer.

  Experienced, competent, honest and devoted employees are identifying new avenues and implementing various methods and techniques while operating its various schemes and program. BCCCL started its operation in mid ***0 with an agenda for bringing in social transformation through the cooperative movement.
