Beta-Glucanase digests fiber helps remedy digestive problems such as malabsorption,it is a very important enzyme because the human body cannot produce it on its own,it may be beneficial for food and environmental allergies, drug withdrawal, cell detoxification, colon cleaning and pain syndromes, Candida (yeast infections), gas, bloating, acute food allergies, facial pain or paralysis.

Beta-Glucanase Boli BG is a kind of microbial enzyme produced by submerged culture. It is endoglucanase which specifically hydrolyzes beta*1,3 and beta*1,4 glycosidic linkages of Beta-Glucan to produce oligosaccharide containing **5 glucose unit and glucose.
Boli BG effectively breaks down beta-glucan in wheat and cereal endosperm cell wall. It is widely used in beer brewing, juice processing and wine making.

Effect of Temperature

The optimal temperature is *5～*0°C (**1～**0°F); the effective temperature is *0～*0°C (**4～**8°F).

Effect of PH
The optimal pH is 5.2～5.8, effective pH is 4.8～7.5.

Usage Guidelines
Add Boli BG at the beginning of mashing. Typical dosage in beer brewery is 0.**5～0.**5% of malt (in weight).
The optimal dosage is recommended to start from 0.*2% of malt (in weight) in malting process.
