Bevel Gear made of SAE ***0 alloy steel, through forging processing and precision machine processing on Bevel Gear and carburizing heat treatment to enchance the surface hardness, the characteristics of Bevel Gear are rigidly outside with - toughness inside and the surface hardness can reach to HRC *0º. Hence, this Bevel Gear can be last long life and it's not easily broken. Bevel Gear process through muilti-channel precision machining forging procedures, and the interactice function of many Bevel Gear with helical gear to achieve minimum power consumption. Bevel Gear is constantly tested and found that it can save more than *0% power consumption than Worm Gear.
