APPLICATIONS :
As homogeneous food, fit for human consumption, rich on proteins, carbohydrates, fiber, minerals and vitamins. Its preparation is conditioned to a *2 hour soakin on pure water and cooking on a pressure pot (preferable). It is recommended its consumption two times a week. 
 
CHARACTERISTICS:
The blackeye beans are of 1st quality, due to its quality control, that begins with the harvest on selected fields, preventive desinfection, cleaning, classification, machine and hand (HPS) selection, calibration, packing and adequate storage. All process under strict sanitary control.
