VPS****0 VPS****0 is a highly productive stationary vibrating press which lays down finished products onto a wooden pallet. Concrete mixture is transported by a fork-fit truck with a bucket , by belt conveyors or classic carts. It is necessary to add a bucket for lifting concrete to the cement bin. Feeding of the concrete into the mould is done by the batching plant for coarse-grained and fine concrete. The elements are shaped inside the mould, under the action of the hydraulic pressure and vibrations from the upper and lower side of the mould. Finished element is pressed out onto a wooden pallet which is shifted to the back part of the machine with the next element automatically replacing it. On the trimmer part of the machine there can be placed 5 pallets with finished products and they are transported by a hand fork-fit truck which is delivered with the machine.
